Quality Assurance
(QA) Team works as an independent department who report directly
to The Managing Director. QA Team carries out inspection of
final goods as well as in process goods in every phase from
knitting to finishing. QA department also verifies the raw materials
by using physical and chemical processes before purchasing them.
Besides
the QA Department there is separate entity named Guideline for
Production and Quality (GPQ), which is formed by the instruction
of one of our major buyers H & M. This department acts as
the representative of the buyers to ensure quality and on time
delivery.
Recently
Pioneer has installed an in-house laboratory equipped with the
world class machineries. Most of the machines are from Electrolux,
Sweden. Before shipment and in mid production, several tests
such as dimensional stability, color fastness and others are
being performed in order to promote the quality goods to the
customers.
